Mild Acne	3 dozen comedones (Blackheads) Scattered papules Lesions NOT visible from 2.5m away Found anywhere on the body
Moderate Acne	Inflamed red lesions Numerous comedones and pustules Pustules as large as 1-2cm Lesions visible at 2.5m away Found anywhere on the body
Severe Acne	Numerous comedones Pus filled pustles extened till the neck Pustules as large as 1-2cm Highly inflammatory lesions Lesions visible from 2.5m away Acne conglobata Sinus or cystic acne Found anywhere on the skin
